Due to the security, anti-fraud prevention and online banking policies, Word to the World Ministries has a strict No Refund Policy in place.
What does a No Refund Policy mean?
A No Refund Policy means, that once you have made a credit card donation, online or in person, either requesting a product or simply a gift to our ministry, we cannot offer any credit card or any other form of monetary refunds or accept returns with expectations of refunding any or all of your donation. Quite simply, it is what it implies, "No Refunds Allowed with No Exceptions." Because any ministry product or conference amount is considered a "suggested donation amount" there is nothing "sold" and therefore cannot be considered a refund or return of the product that was only offered to someone making a tax-deductible donation. Also, this no refund policy helps eliminate online credit card abusers receiving improper refunds off stolen credit cards.
